Is therapy for me?

We often feel like we cannot predict or control our circumstances which can leave us feeling helpless and lost. Counseling is for you or your loved one if you are in need of someone to walk with you through the struggle with compassion, empathy, wisdom, and insight to provide encouragement, hope, self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-acceptance.

I hope to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can experience a genuine and thoughtful relationship geared towards healing and growth.

I use a combination of treatment approaches to address the individual needs of each person that include emotionally-focused, cognitive-based, relational, structural, and historical aspects.
